Wymap Group has been providing staff to the airfreight, airline and airport industries since 2001. The difference between our product and the many products that are available today is that our personnel are specifically trained to operate within the Freight Forwarding industry. The industry is unique and requires knowledge before deployment. The importance of providing and managing people for the Freight Fowarding Industry, requires our people to be trained to a level that would benefit our clients operations as well as providing piece of mind that the individual would have the ability to take direction and complete his or her task without having there hand held.

Our people solution provides our clients an option to recruit a member of our trained team on a temp to perm program, this allows our client to study the progress of the individual for a 3 month period before committing a permanent placement. If our client recruits the employee within the 3 month term a fee is chargeable.

All staff who are employed through Wymap Group undertake a training module that coincides with the standards required within the respected industry. Our staff then undertakes the following in house training programs these training programs are available to our client's employees. The courses are held once a month at Wymap Group's training centre.

Through our training programs our people become skilled in specialist areas, this allows our clients a specialised recruitment arm to their business. Recruiting costs are extremely high and it is the unknown the capability of the selected applicant. This is why our solution enables you to trial already trained people within your operation and make decisions based on skill level and at the same time save money and time on recruitment.
