This process includes comprehensive behavioural interview, assessment and short-listing of quality candidates for client interview.
Bailey Personnel offer post placement support to maximise long-term candidate retention.

Temp to Perm transitions allow our clients an option to recruit a member of our team on a temp to perm program. This allows you the opportunity to study the progress of the individual for up to 3 months before committing to a permanent placement
